For many years now, Sean Duffield has been a misunderstood artistic genius. Why he has not been recognised as such by now is just as much of a mystery as why he writes his bios in the third person.
Sean Duffield is in a class of his own… A remedial class.
Editor, Publisher, Cartoonist, Artist, Writer, adept Sandwich Maker, Professional Curmudgeon – is there no end to this man’s talents? Well, actually yes; he can’t play trumpet, use a lasso, handle crowds very well, and he’s not very good at sports.
He’d also like to say he’s big in Japan, but that would be a big fat lie.
He edits, publishes and contributes to “Paper Tiger Comix”: The UK’s biggest Underground & Alternative Comix / illustration and trippy art collection… Issues 1-3 have sold out, but you can still get hold of issue 4 which is a 100 page perfect-bound book, complete with a 21 track eclectic music compilation CD, tiger logo pin/button badge, and 5 colour art cards, all for only £5.99 (£7.50 in the shops). Only Limited copies left!
He also creates “Crap Factory” – his own self-published satirical comic, limited to only 50-75 copies per issue. Only a couple of copies of issue #1 left, priced at £2.50!
